Meghan COO
As the COO at Holger Dental Group, you’ll find Meghan throughout the office helping the team grow and succeed, teaching and training our staff, and making sure our patients have a positive experience. She has over a decade of experience in the dental field and has always loved wearing multiple hats, like helping with accounting, marketing, and business development. Working at Holger Dental Group allows her to exercise all of those skills. Meghan attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she graduated from business school.
Originally from Wisconsin Dells, Meghan is married with two young kiddos. Together, they love going on family adventures and enjoying the Minnesota outdoors. She also enjoys running, traveling, lifting, hiking, biking, reading, and writing. An interesting fact about Meghan is that she has four sisters and all five of them go on a sister trip every year!
Tianna Treatment and Marketing Coordinator
Tianna graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business and marketing education with a minor in leadership. She has been in the dental field since 2019, when she began her career in an oral surgery office, before joining the team at Holger Dental Group in 2022. Tianna thoroughly enjoys connecting and empathizing with patients on their individualized needs while simultaneously reinforcing the “why” behind the importance of their oral health!
We love Tianna’s great sense of humor and her eye for design. If you follow HDG on Instagram, you’ll see Tianna at work!
Outside of work, Tianna enjoys spending time with her orange cat and dog, reading (or listening) to fiction and non-fiction, and climbing the leaderboard on her Peloton! Travelling is very important to her, so unless she is currently on a trip, she is planning her next one.
Amber Treatment Coordinator
Amber is one of our treatment coordinators here at Holger Dental Group. Prior to being the treatment, insurance, and billing extraordinaire that she is, Amber spent her career working an impressive 15+ years with insurance. Amber’s passion for dentistry is fueled by the meaningful work the team does at Holger Dental Group. Most notably, she gains fulfillment and joy when providing much-needed relief to patients or witnessing someone transformed physically and emotionally after a smile makeover.
Amber was born and raised in the Northwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities and continues to raise her family in the same welcoming area. When at home, she spends her time with her husband, three wonderful kids, and beloved dog, Leroy. Amber loves all things Minnesota summer; you can find her biking, boating, or enjoying America’s favorite pastime either watching her kids play, or the MN Twins.
Kai Insurance and Billing Coordinator
Kai enjoys being able to help patients get the most out of their dental benefits, making every visit easier and as stress-free as possible. A graduate of Hennepin Technical College’s dental assisting program, Kai has been in the dental field for over five years now, starting her career at the front desk and moving to treatment coordinator and then insurance and billing coordinator.
From Eden Prairie, Kai is married with four amazing kids. She loves cheering them on at their activities, sharing laughs, and making the most of their family time together. She enjoys watching basketball (Go Lakers!) and movies, and hosting fun gatherings for family and friends. An interesting fact about Kai is that she loves Christmas so much that if she could, she’d keep her tree up all year round!
Vanessa Appointment Coordinator
Vanessa joined Holger Dental Group in 2026, bringing with her years of experience in dentistry and customer service. She began her dental career in 2017 as a Patient Care Coordinator and quickly discovered how much she loved being the friendly, reassuring first impression of a dental office.
As our Appointment Coordinator, Vanessa is often the first voice you hear and the first smile you see. She has a natural gift for making patients feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the very first interaction. Known for being one of the sweetest and kindest people you’ll ever meet, she is always looking for ways to help and ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Vanessa finds great purpose in building relationships with patients and serving as a trusted liaison between them and our clinical team. She takes pride in helping create an experience that feels seamless, comfortable, and positive every step of the way.
Outside the office, Vanessa loves spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts and theater performances, working out, and making unforgettable memories with her five amazing grandchildren.
Jamie Licensed Dental Hygienist
Jamie has been a member of the Holger Dental Group team since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Jamie feels honored to work with such a talented, passionate, and highly skilled team and dentists. The connection she establishes with her patients and her interest and passion for dentistry makes Jamie a true asset to our team. Jamie finds her job rewarding, as she can provide her patients with the education and knowledge to achieve their dental goals and lifelong healthy smiles.
When she is not at the office, Jamie enjoys a variety of activities in her spare time. This includes spending time with her husband, Tim, their two daughters and their Boston terrier, Ruby. Family time involves spending summer weekends on the lake boating, water-skiing, and relaxing with extended family and friends. Jamie also loves to travel.
Sara Licensed Dental Hygienist
Sara grew up in a small town outside of Rochester, MN with her parents and older sister. After high school, Sara attended Minnesota State University – Mankato, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Sara is passionate about furthering her education to continue to provide the best care for her patients. She is excited to be joining a practice that focuses on oral health as well as the overall health of the body.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys various activities, including spending time with family and friends. During the summer, Sara spends time at the lake relaxing but will not pass up the opportunity to waterski. Although she loves summer, her favorite season is fall. In the fall, you can find Sara exploring hiking trails and taking in the fall colors.
Glori Licensed Dental Hygienist
Glori grew up in the Alexandria area with her parents and three older siblings. After high school, she moved to Duluth for college and attended Lake Superior College for Dental Hygiene and St. Scholastica for social sciences with minors in art and psychology. After college, Glori worked at the local dental office in Grand Marais. She then moved to the Twin Cities area and has been enjoying the atmosphere of the cities and the convenience of being closer to family.
Growing up, Glori struggled with healthy oral hygiene habits and as a result, had many visits to the dentist. From her experience, she’s gained an empathizing attitude and can relate with her patients in understanding the struggles of maintaining a healthy mouth and body. Her goal as a hygienist is to help educate patients on the benefits of prevention with a caring and gentle touch.
When Glori is not at work, she loves spending time with her family. She has two nieces and two nephews that she tries to spend as much time as possible with. She loves being outside either hiking, biking, fishing, or snowshoeing in the winter. Traveling has also become important for Glori – she tries to take a couple of trips somewhere refreshing each year. Glori is very excited to join Holger Dental Group and looks forward to the journey ahead with the team and patients!
Tracy Licensed Dental Assistant
Tracy is passionate about working with fearful or anxious patients and changing their perception of the dental office by providing gentle, compassionate, and patient-focused care. She received her Dental Assisting License in 2003 from Herzing University and her Restorative Expanded Functions License in 2011 from the University of Minnesota Continuing Education.
Tracy grew up and still lives in Minnetonka with her husband and two children. Faith, family, baking, and crafting bring Tracy lots of joy. We are so grateful Tracy brings so much energy, talent, and baked goods to Holger Dental Group.
Mckenzy Licensed Dental Assistant
Mckenzy is originally from Madison, WI but came to Minnesota for college. She graduated from South Central College in Mankato with her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting. She joined HDG in 2022 and loves connecting with patients and finding ways to help the team out throughout the day. Mckenzy is excited to continue learning about the holistic approach to dentistry and to educate patients on the importance of oral health! She values patient interactions and aims to create a friendly and welcoming environment at each visit.
Outside of work, Mckenzy likes to spend time with family, friends, and her two cats. She enjoys watching TV, hiking, and trying new recipes!
NataliiaDental Assistant
Nataliia is a dedicated general dentist from Ukraine with a deep passion for her profession. She graduated in 2006 from Kharkiv National Medical University, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to Holger Dental Group. Nataliia is a proud mother to her 11-year-old daughter, Anastasiia, and a devoted wife to her husband, Serhii. In 2022, they relocated to Minnesota, seeking safety and stability amidst challenging circumstances. While this move was unplanned, she and her family are now focused on rebuilding their lives, cherishing their time together, and finding joy in watching their daughter grow.
In her professional journey, dentistry is her true calling. Despite the challenges of adapting to a new environment, she has demonstrated remarkable determination and dedication, particularly in overcoming language barriers to ensure effective patient communication. Since joining Holger Dental Group, Nataliia has continually honed her skills and embraced each new opportunity with resilience, embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Dawn Sreilization Technician
Dawn began her career in dentistry after graduating from the Hennepin Technical College Dental Assisting Program, working as a dental assistant from 2003–2007. After several years in clinical care, she shifted her focus to help grow her husband’s business, Bond Branded Gear, where she managed operations and strengthened her leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
In 2026, she returned to her first love — dentistry — and joined Holger Dental Group. As she works toward regaining her assisting license and stepping back into chairside care, Dawn is helping define the sterilization tech role while bringing expertise in clinical efficiency, process improvement, and inventory management. She’s known for her calming presence, strong work ethic, and always-helpful spirit — qualities that make her a favorite among both patients and teammates.
Outside the office, Dawn enjoys working out, prioritizing health and fitness, traveling, and spending time with her husband, their two kids, and Zeus, their German Shepherd.
Annie Licensed Dental Assistant
After 20 years as a dental assistant, Annie remains dedicated to providing her patients with the best experience possible. She believes that creating a comfortable, caring environment is key to making the patients feel more at ease and works hard with Dr. Akradi to achieve that.
Outside of the dental office, Annie enjoys reading, cooking, music, and spending time with friends, family, and her husband.
